Safe Lifting Training
This month we released 8 new courses on safe lifting for different industries. Each course covers the back’s structure and function and the mechanics of safe lifting. The courses demonstrate preparing for a lift, below the waist lifting, and planning a carry. Some industry-specific tips may be included depending on the course.

Updated Harassment Prevention Training for New York
Did you know that on April 11, 2023, New York State released a revised sexual harassment model policy? They updated their training materials to include an expanded definition on sexual harassment and included information on bystander interventions and how employees may report to outside agencies. This month we released two new courses updated to include the 2023 changes.
The new courses are as follows:

Sexual Harassment Prevention in New York For Managers
Both courses include English and Spanish versions. They were designed around New York law and cover all the subjects mandated by the New York Civil Rights Law, the New York City Human Rights Law, and the EEOC. For a full list of courses related to harassment, click here.
