Recognition: Providing Recognition to Co-Workers

This Activity would complement any of our courses related to feedback and recognition.

This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Recognize your peers for their contributions and accomplishments.

This action is made for individuals and is designed to help you increase the recognition of the accomplishments and achievements of your peers. As an individual working for a company, you will perform this action on your own. By performing this action you will learn how to recognize your peers for their contributions and accomplishments. You will recognize your co-workers for their contributions, achievements, and accomplishments.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 1+ hour.
