Innovation: Evaluating New Ideas

This Activity would complement any of our courses related to creativity and innovation.

This Activity includes a short instructional video to introduce the topic and discuss what must be done to implement the activity. You can follow the step-by-step instructions in the Implementation Guide to easily take action on the job in order to build this skill. Within the Implementation Guide is a self-assessment for you to evaluate your results. Some activities include Microsoft Word job aid documents to help you perform the action steps.

This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Demonstrate good judgment for how creative ideas and suggestions will work.

This action is made for individuals and is designed to increase innovation. As an individual working for a company, you will perform this action on your own. By performing this action you will learn how to demonstrate good judgment for how creative ideas and suggestions will work. You will create a strong, concise summary of what you love to do.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 5 to 8 hours over the next few weeks.
