This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Talk with your employees about their overall satisfaction with the company and their work situation.

This action is made for managers and is designed to help employees increase their satisfaction with the company. As a manager, you will perform this action with your employees. By performing this action you will talk with your employees about their overall satisfaction with the company and their work situation. You will get a sense of the overall level of satisfaction your team experiences with the company and their individual work.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 3 to 4 hours.
