This action is made for individuals and is designed to help you motivate and inspire others. As an individual working for a company, you will perform this action on your own. By performing this action you will learn how to evaluate how inspiring your words and actions are to others. You will evaluate how inspiring your words and actions are, identifying what actions you want to do more of to become an inspiration to others.
