This action is made for individuals and is designed to help you maximize the diverse backgrounds, skills and perspectives of the team. As an individual working for a company, you will perform this action on your own. By performing this action you will learn how to evaluate how well you work with individuals with different perspectives and expertise. You will evaluate how well you seek out and value the different backgrounds, perspectives, and experience of others.
