This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Take action to provide the resources employees need for success.

This action is made for managers and is designed to help you provide the required resources for success. As a manager you will perform this action with your employees. By performing this action you will take action to provide the resources employees need for success. You will meet with your employees to determine what resources they need to be successful and outline the actions required to try and meet those needs.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 1 to 2 hours.
