This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: New hires learn what work they must do and what they must achieve in the first few weeks on-the-job.

This action is made for managers and is designed to help set clear goals and expectations for the new hire. As a manager, you will perform this action with new employees. By performing this action new hires learn what work they must do and what they must achieve in the first few weeks on-the-job.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 60 to 90 minutes.
