This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: New employees learn how they fit in with the team and how they can contribute to the organization.

This action is made for managers and is designed to help new hires get clear on their new role. As a manager, you will perform this action with new employees. By performing this action new employees learn how they fit in with the team and how they can contribute to the organization.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 60 to 90 minutes.
