Microsoft Excel can help you do much more than data entry; you can also add Clip Art and other graphics into your spreadsheets in order to add to your presentation. You can also draw and edit shapes, and depict your workflow in a more appealing way by utilizing something called SmartArt. Once you insert these objects into your spreadsheet, you may also want to layer and group them together. This training video instructs you how to do all of these tasks.
As for SmartArt, if you have not used Excel often, or have been using an older version, you may not be familiar with it. SmartArt is a way to graphically show your data; this tool goes beyond bar graphs, it instead allows you to use more functional organizational charts. Inserting and editing images and SmartArt will further enhance your presentation; learn how to utilize these tools by following the information presented in this training video.
