Training Requirements
The training assignments functions of the Training Manager and Training Server systems helps solve one of the most aggravating set of problems a training manager/administrator faces.
These headaches are in your past:
- trying to easily list the training that individual workers or groups require
- communicating those requirements to each person
- tracking each person's progress toward meeting their individual requirements
- updating training assignments when workers change locations, departments, or job classification.
- then starting the process all over again for retraining
The dynamic assignments features of Training Manager lets you easily assign courses for entire groups of workers with a few mouse clicks. You can assign both Mastery and Non-Mastery courses with this feature. watch overview presentation of Dynamic Assignments
A few more clicks and listings of the unfilled training requirements of individual workers are on your screen or coming off your printer.
Another click or two and you're printing a master listing including a complete analysis of everyone's training requirements (suitable for posting in a work area).
This report can be printed by individual, department, location, supervisor or whatever group category you assign. Never before has it been so easy to know your training completion percentage.
Then do nothing to make sure workers actually take only the courses you intended. The system will only display the courses each individual is required to take, focusing their attention on their own unfilled training requirements everytime they start a training session. The Mastery Runtime System includes all available course titles on the Course Listing regardless of which drive/server the course is installed on. See screen shot
When a worker completes a course, their Training Requirements record is updated automatically. Retraining dates are automatically calculated by the system and new requirements automatically entered.
A few clicks of the mouse starts the whole process. You can just relax... or something.
