The Cost of Untrained Workers
If you feel the cost of training is high, then you'd better focus for a moment on the cost of not training. Now that's high!
How does the full price of one cd-rom (usually about $695 U.S.) which can train one or hundreds of workers each year compare to these costs of not training your workers:
- Worker's compensation costs
- Lost production from accidents and injuries
- Pain and suffering of your workers
- Losses incurred by your worker's families
- Poor worker attitudes toward safety
- Damaged products
- Poor worker moral
- Legal costs of an industrial accident
- Government fines
Any one of the above items far exceeds the total cost of one cd-rom. The costs you avoid pay for the course, even if you have only one worker.
Training priced to fit your budgetrent or purchase
Whether you're training one or one thousand workers, you can give them Mastery Advantage training at a cost that fits even the most frugal budget. Our rental programs are geared to the smaller work site. You rent just the training you need, when you need it. For larger work sites, out-right purchase of the courses is more economical.
The rental cost to train a worker
Let's assume that you have ten workers to be trained on a topic. Without disrupting your operations, you can easily get the workers trained in a month. The monthly rental is $99. Your cost of training the ten workers is $9.90 each ($99 / 10 = $9.90). Far less than even sending them to a "Free Seminar". How can that be? Consider your total cost to train the workers. Consider your payroll costs and the time it takes to train.
With the Mastery cd-rom training, your workers are trained at your location in 30 or 40 minutes. Compare that to the cost of the "Free Seminar" that took your worker away from the job for three or four hours.
With the rental plan you can have two or three titles on rental that you can rotate with other titles with no change in the rental charge. For a few hundred dollars per month for several months you can train your workers on a dozen or more topics. Do your own math or ask your Mastery Group Member to help. The math is simple, and the conclusion is simply profound. You can't afford to wait! Order now.
The purchase cost to train a worker
Let's assume that your same ten workers will be trained on a topic using a purchased Mastery course. You'll have this course anytime you want it for years to come. Over the next five years you expect to hire ten new workers. Your cost of training the twenty workers is $34.75 each ($695 / 20 = $34.75). Again far less than even sending them to a "Free Seminar". With the Mastery cd-rom training, your workers are trained at your location in 30 or 40 minutes. Again, comparing that to the cost of the "Free Seminar" that took your worker away from the job for three or four hours, consider what those lost man-hours cost you? Consider the worker's pay plus payroll taxes and fringe benefits. Was the training done on over-time? What was the cost of disrupting your operation for three or four hours?
Even when you purchase the course for a small number of workers the costs you avoid greatly exceed the purchase price. No matter how you acquire the training, the cost of Mastery Advantage training is far less than even a "Free Seminar". These savings are real and you can achieve them regardless of your size. One worker or one hundred thousandthe math works out in your favor and in your worker's favor.
Your cost under our Pay-Per-View Plan
If you have a facility with a small workforce that needs training in several topics, then our Pay-Per-View plan is your best deal.
Let's look at our example workforce of ten workers again. In this case however each worker needs training on an average of eight courses. Not the same eight courses for each worker! In total you may need twenty titles or more. With the Pay-Per-View plan we send you one of our computers fully loaded with all the courses you want. No limit! You pay nothing extra for more titles. Your workers take only the courses they need and you pay for only the courses they take. Most courses are only $10 per play. You are billed monthly for your actual (metered) usage.
For workplaces that need an array of training without the need to purchase a full library of titles or doing an extended rental program of rotating titles, this plan is your very best solution. This is a monthly rental plan. You only commit to a minimum rental period of three months.
